1. [Account] Do I need to link guest account?

We strongly advise you to link your guest account.

When you use a guest account, your data might not be saved if you change devices, reinstall game and more. Also, you cannot log in the account once the data is missing. In this case, we don’t restore any guest account data, so please link the account to keep your data safely.

You can link a guest account at Option in-game:

1.Navigate to [See More] > [Option] menu in-game.
2.Tap [Link Account] at Option window.
3.Select one of account type among Facebook and Google Play.
4.You can see account type linked at Option window if linking is completed.

•One account can be linked to one Facebook or Google Play account.
•You cannot link Facebook or Google Play account to other account once it’s linked.

2. [Account] How to change login account

You can change login account by:

•Clearing the app’s cache and data at Settings on your device.
•Reinstalling the game.

If you use a guest account and try this, your account data is missing. Please link your account in advance to keep your data.

3. [Account] I forgot my account info

We cannot help you to find account information because it’s personal info. Please contact each support center for further support.

4. [Account] How to delete account

You can delete account at Option:

1.Navigate to [See More] > [Option] menu in-game.
2.Tap [Delete Account] at Option window.

* It’s unable to delete a guest account.
* Creating accounts can be banned if you abuse to create and delete accounts.

5. [Payments] How to top up (add Cash)

Please follow below steps to top up.


Cash Store

1.Tap + button located in your Cash to open Cash Store window.
2.Choose a product which you want to top up.
3.Tap its Purchase button.
4.Proceed payments using Google or Apple payment method.

6. [Payments] Cash missing

This error can occur when our system has encountered an issue with network or platform link during payments because our payments proceed through payment methods provided by application download platform(Google, Apple).
It might resolve by moving to Cash Store page. If it persists after that, please give us following info for troubleshooting to crazygm_global@crazydiamond.co.kr.

1.Google Play Store

a) In-game name
b) Google email address
c) Purchase date and your country (timezone)
e) Item what you purchased (Missing Cash Amount)
f) Its transaction ID in your receipt from Google Play

2.iTunes Store

7. [Payments] Cash refund

According to our Terms of Service, we do not refund any transaction once it has been made. Please read our terms in Section 4.3. If you violate the terms, you can get a permanent game ban.

4.3. You agree that all sales of Virtual Money and Virtual Goods are final and that we will not refund any transaction once it has been made. A license to use Virtual Goods or Virtual Money is granted immediately when your purchase is complete. The performance of our services begins and completes promptly, and therefore your right of withdrawal is lost at this point.

This error can occur when your device doesn’t comply our system requirements. Please make sure your device checks all items from below system requirements.

•2GB RAM
•At least 2GB of available storage space
•Strong network connection (LTE network recommended)

12. [Technical] Cannot enter to the Store

This error can occur when your device doesn’t meet our system requirements. We strongly recommend complying with the requirements mentioned below to make sure you can enjoy the game without having any problems
•System requirements: Android 4.1 or iOS 6, Quad-core 1.4Ghz Processor, 2GB RAM, At least 2GB of available storage space, Strong network connection (LTE network recommended)

13. [Technical] Keyboard error on Samsung Galaxy A7 (2015) device

This keyboard error, which makes you unable to chat due to lag, occurs on Samsung Galaxy A7 (2015) device although there are differences depending on the device’s released date, the device specs and network provider. This error is caused by the game engine, Unity. We checked this error in other games using same engine. We’ve asked the error to the Unity developer and wait their reply now, so we cannot be sure if this error will be fixed or not. We will notify to users if we any get good news.

14. [Technical] Connection/Lag problem

Connection problems can be caused by any number of factors. The info in this article is written as a general guide. If the problem is still occurring after following them, please email to crazygm_global@crazydiamond.co.kr for further support.

1.Restart your device and re-enter the game.
2.Check the game’s system requirements. The problems can occur when your device doesn’t meet the system requirements.
* System requirements: Android 4.1 or iOS 6, Quad-core 1.4Ghz Processor, 2GB RAM, At least 2GB of available storage space, Strong network connection (LTE network recommended)
3.Download all music and clothes data at Option menu. Lags can occur in loading the data, so it might be solved if you download all data in advance.
4.Turn on stable and strong Wi-Fi or Mobile data during playing.
5.Check server downtime. Periodically, the LoveBeat servers may need to be brought down temporarily for maintenance or updates. We inform you of our downtime on our Facebook page.

15. [Technical] “Unable to play the current version.” error

This error message appears when you need to update from Store (Google Play Store, Apple Store). Please get updates from Store.

16. [Gameplay] The system time doesn’t match with my time

LoveBeat timezone is UTC+0(GMT+0). You can find out what time LoveBeat is now by searching “UTC Time” on Google or other ways.

17. [Gameplay] Keynote sync problem

Keynote sync means a timing which keynotes match with the music. If you feels that it’s wrong sync, you can change the sync at [Option] > [Keynotes Sync] menu in-game, or turn on/off the [DSP Buffer] option at [Option] > [Anytime] menu.

18. [Gameplay] A character is wearing unknown clothes.

Unknown clothes, called “Sauna Outfit”, display when loading clothes data is not completed. In this case, the clothes will appear normally after a while. You can download all clothes data once at [Option] > [Download Music/Clothes] if you don’t want those delays.

* It is unable to buy Sauna Outfit.
* You need to reload clothes data once you clear the app’s cache and data.

19. [Gameplay] How to exchange items

You can exchange items with a player as in following:

1.Tap a player’s slot in the game room to open the player’s info window.
2.Tap [Exchange] menu at the window to open [Item Exchange Request] window.
* Only level 5+ players can try to exchange items.
* It’s unable to exchange if you’re ready or opponent isn’t in the same room.
* If there is no [Exchange] menu, tap [Whisper] menu and then enter /Exchange or #Exchange command in the chat.
3.Select the item and the quantity which you want to exchange.
* Only materials and blueprints can be used for exchanges.
4.Enter the amount of Beat which you want to receive for the exchange.
5.Tap [Exchange Request] button.
6.The other player receive exchange request and they decide to accept or reject this exchange.

We don’t restore any items or Beat used for exchanges by mistake. Please carefully check the item, quantity, price and their nickname.

20. [Gameplay] How to use coupons/vouchers

If you receive its code, you can use them as in following:

1.Navigate to [See More] > [Coupon] menu in-game.
* If there is no [Coupon] menu, enter /Coupon or #Coupon command in the chat.
2.Enter your coupon code in the window.
3.Receive the item in your inbox.

If you have vouchers or discount coupons, you can use them as in following:

1.Select an item what you want to buy at the Store.
2.Tap its [Purchase Options] button.
3.The right side in the window display vouchers and coupons. (Scroll down to see all)
4.Select an voucher or discount coupon to use for the item.
* Vouchers or coupons disappear when they are expired.
* If they are inactivated, you cannot use them to buy the item. Try to buy other items.
5.Set the purchase options and complete.

21. [Gameplay] What are materials and blueprints?

You can create special and rare items by using them. We simply call it Craft. Craft needs an item’s blueprint and its materials. You can see what materials are used for the craft and how to obtain the materials by checking the blueprint. You can obtain blueprints and materials by playing the game, level up, etc.

•Magic Blueprints (purple blueprints) need more materials than others.
•It’s more difficult to obtain Magic Materials (purple materials) than others.

22. [Gameplay] How to join a Fam

You can join a Fam as in following.
If you don’t have certain Fam to join…

1.Go to Ranking menu.
2.View Fam ranking and choose a Fam which you want to join.
3.Tap their Visit button.
4.Tap Apply to join button and wait until a Fam leader approves you.

1.Tap your friend’s name in Friends. (Or you can tap the name in a game room.)
2.Tap Profile button to see their profile.
3.Tap F button to go to Fam profile page. (This button is activated when the friends joins a Fam.)
4.Tap Apply to join button and wait until a Fam leader approves you.
